I normally do not wright bad reviews. However, the experience I had has left me reeling!! I picked out a beautiful carved lift top table in the showroom. However, when it was delivered it was a dark gray. What was in the showroom was natural mango wood with light blush white on it. The first one that was delivered was damaged. I called the store and talked to the manager and was told maybe I thought it was naturally stained. I assure you I can tell the difference between painted wood and natural wood. I asked if I could have the one off the showroom floor. I was told Corporate didn't allow that. Three weeks later I was brought another one and it was painted a lighter gray so they brought it into the house and placed it down and left. I knew it was supposed to have canisters on it to move it around. The men just handed me a box containing the canisters. I called the wear house and told them I was 100% disabled and there was no way I could turn that coffee table upside down and put them on. They told me they would have to send a repair email and then it will take three weeks but before that she proceeded to tell me that the canisters were on there I replied ma'am I'm holding the box with the hardware in it in my hand, the canisters are not on the coffee table. She said they come that way I said well this one doesn't. I'm a female. I'm 100% service-connected army veteran and I have had my intelligence question twice when I know what's what I called the manager of the store and I told him they can come back and pick this coffee table back up and that I wanted my money back he said as soon as I hang up, I'll send you a refund notice I never got one and so I called him several days later and he said oh well you misunderstand I can't send one out until they come and pick the coffee table up, but they're not gonna pick it up for three more weeks to the end of May. I would like to get my house situated where I can get around and get things put up. I have never been insulted

We love our new coffee table. Very well built and great storage. Love the liftop to bring up to you if you want to eat or use your computer. Fits all of my blankets underneath the liftop. Matches very well with our new furniture. "#Sweepstakes"

The coffee table is great, and love the lift top as we use it for our game nights. My daughter spilled water on it, and it turned the top brown. When I tried to clean the stain, the finish started coming off. The tech that came out said that there isn't enough stain on the top and not sealed.

Is it beautiful piece of it? Definitely buy it
