We purchased this and a five year warranty three years ago. One of the reclining ends quit working. It took two months to get a "repair tech " to come out and determine what was wrong. After five minutes passed, he said it was a part he didn't have and would have to order it. Three weeks passed and ...

Love! Very comfortable
Peeling after less than one year
Was promised that the material would not peel like other pieces we have bought from them. We have owned for less than a year and it is indeed peeling.

Starts off great but falls apart quickly
Less than 2 years in the "leather" started flaking and peeling. Said it was real leather but it fell apart faster than an off brand pair of nikes. I have the matching love seat so im at a cross road. Buy another couch to match it again or buy a whole new set.

fell apart in less than two years
The footrest snaps twice when raising the footrest and sags a bit lower than my matching couch footrests do. When closing the footrest the mechanism stutters several times when it gets to the closed position like its trying to close further but can't.

Not real leather! Just the usual over priced crap that peels
Supposed to be real leather however at 3 years it's cracking and pealing and fading. I only clean it with leather cleaner.
would not buy again
It started out nice but materials degraded rapidly after just one year of use. The leather starts to sag when the cushions get compacted over time. The seats arent comfortable any more for longer periods. Also the middle seat cushion developed a tear in the leather in just one year of ownership. Disappointed.
This couch is so comfortable and solid.
The motorized version you can really find that perfect spot. This thing is so comfy I love it. 3 kids and I'm pretty sure this thing will handle them. Feels pretty sturdy and no cheap parts. The soft close hinges on the arm rest compartment really was the icing on the cake lol
