Stephanie was very clear on the possible timelines for delivery and our chair came exactly when promised. This would not only be our first purchase from American Signature but our first recliner so even though we had opted for pick up ourselves we were a little reluctant about the set up. Stephanie assured us that the dock team would walk us through the process and man did our guy Thomas. He unboxed our chair walking us through every step in the assembly process. My husband and I are in our mid sixtys so this extra step in the Customer Service Thomas provided went a long way.
