The footrest snaps twice when raising the footrest and sags a bit lower than my matching couch footrests do. When closing the footrest the mechanism stutters several times when it gets to the closed position like its trying to close further but can't.

The chair is comfortable, with a wide seat and easily reached button control. We have 3 large dogs who like to sit in it, and the leather is holding up great, not even showing any scratches! My husband loves his new chair.

Comfortable recliner and the electric portion works great. I would recommend this recliner. Very happy with the purchase.

Uncomfortable

This recliner was purchased to match our sofa and love seat that we purchased a month before. It was on sale so we thought we would like it. It is very comfortable and I love the color.

It needs a power back up or a way to switch to manual to get out of the chair ifvpower goes out. . I got it as I need to use for compression pump for my legs. I was stuck in the chair with no way out when the power went out. My dogs live the chair. It is very comfortable but I can't use the reclining feature because I once got stuck in the chair.

I am using this recliner in my living room. It's comfortable but I wish it laid back a little more.
