We bought this in 2020 and didn't receive it until 2021 due to Covid. The compressor went out. Reading up on this, it seems this is a common problem and costly labor to have it covered under warranty. I'm disappointed that there are several lawsuits out for this exact model and issue and I have never received notice from LG like other companies.

Will spoil your groceries. Piece of junk refrigerator doest't stay cold enough to keep your meats fresh and the freezer is even worse. Absolutely the worst refrigerator I've ever owned. Do not buy this model!

this dishwasher looks nice but broke 2x the first year we had it. now it's leaking again and we are so done. i have LG washers and dryers for years and love them but they don't know how to make a decent dishwasher so we're going to buy a different brand. this is a huge inconvenience bc both of us work from home, eat all our meals here and are very busy!

Terrible product. Broke down after 4 years only and needed to have motor and coils replaced along with ice maker. Stainless steel piece of Garabge. And their support through Asurian is another trash component who are extremely unhelpful in expediting and securing an appointment. The tech they contracted with thinks it's okay to show up at 730 pm and work till the wee hours of the night. All around terrible and will be avoiding this brand in the future for the reckless and lacking support they've provided along with a poor quality machine.

Ice maker broke after 3 years, door wouldn't seal on 4th, then 5th year compressor stopped working. All of my food going bad and have to buy a new refrigerator quickly as repair and customer support take too long. I'll join the class action suit...

Really nice dishwasher. I would never buy anything else if at all possible. Pump stopped working at 6 years old, which was a little early, in my opinion. Unfortunately, pumps aren't under warranty at 6 years. Time to buy my next LG stainless steel dishwasher!

After 4 years of use, it's already having a major problem that can't be repaired by local technician. A certified technician at a high cost is required. LG offer a flat rate cost wich is close to the price of what was paid for the dishwasher 4 years ago.

When it works it works great! Problem is it is not working…again…doing the same thing it did before. It stops halfway through the cycle and the control panel lights up like Christmas. If I decide to buy another panel it will be the third one in seven years. Not sure of doing it…the panel price is almost the same as just buying a new dishwasher (different brand). NOT HAPPY at all with this dishwasher!!!
