We ordered this in a large purchase that qualified us for free "hassle free delivery and installation." But because the mattresses weren't in stock, even though the sales person said they were in stock, they delivered our living room set and the bed frame at the same time, but they didn't install the frame because the mattresses weren't here to put upon the frame. Once the mattresses showed up I asked them to put together the frame & the installers (who smelled like Marijuana) said that 'wasn't on their order.' How convenient for them. So much for "hassle free." I really don't appreciate being told, after spending all this money, that due to a out-of-stock timing issue, they can't do something that was promised & paid for.

Its awesome that it is universal, that way it can be used for different size mattresses.
