Looks great in the store and maybe a month or 2 after you get it home, then fur mats and looks bad. Also, if seats are fully reclined, there's a Velcro strip by your lower back/butt area that stabs through your clothing, making it uncomfortable to sit without something blocking it and you feel the wood frame where the arms meet the back, so leaning on it is extremely uncomfortable. If I would have known any of this I wouldn't have wasted so much money on a junk couch just because it's pretty in the store. I honestly wish they'd come get it and refund my money.

This chair has potential, but I'm still getting used to it and breaking it in. It is a bit hard/firm and I'm hoping that gets better over time. The zero gravity position choice helps my neuropathy and I do like that. I did need to purchase large pillows for my arms so they don't hang, but rather feel supported and comfortable. It was an expensive purchase so I'm hoping for the best outcome possible in the end.

Love everything about this purchase. It's very comfortable. Love the softness of the material and how it reclines. It's very stern.

I needed a couch that can be used for several things. Of course I wanted a really comfortable couch. But when my 6'1" son stays over, he reclines it out and gets a solid sleep. I'm all about comfort and multi purpose furniture. It also looks beautiful in my living room.

These chaises were bought for our living room. They have been returned because they are hard and uncomfortable but the worst part is, the material is fur, we thought it was corduroy. It's like sitting on a cat. They're not comfortable to get on or off. It's quite a workout but that could be due to age.

Very soft and comfortable

Faux fur mattes and doesn't stay soft at all. Even if you take a hairdryer it will be like it once was after a week of use. More impotent this line is not quality. The main issue is the motor and mechanism burn out less than a year.

I love my new sofa. It is beautiful & comfortable.
