The "black stainless" finish on our 3 year old fridge has started to peel off. Every edge around each handle and water dispenser are rusting, pretty much defeats the purpose of "stainless", at least with white you can use a touch up paint. Stay away from this fridge and finish.

Garbage. less than four years old and I'm replacing it. Ice maker died. All the drawers have broken. The bottom freezer roller wheels are broken. Shelves are broken. It seemed great at first, but not even close to durable.

The water that is dispensed is not actually cold, not sure why. Ice maker intermittently just quits, will go for weeks without working then suddenly start working again. It was bought June 2021 and 2 weeks ago it quit cooling completely, all lights on and humming but it's over 70 degrees inside even though it is displaying 33 degrees. About to dismantle and junk it. Complete utter waste of money.

Our fridge is not even 2 years old and suddenly stopped cooling completely. Prior to that we have already had to replace the valve to the water line as it leaked, and one of the door shelves broke with routine use. Of course all of these problems started just after the 1 year warranty ran out. Nevermind that the water from the dispenser is not chilled, which is the most ridiculous manufacturing shortcut ever. I will NOT be replacing this or any other appliance with Frigidaire brand in the future. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Hello, Nelson98765! We are sorry to hear that you have experienced any issues with your air conditioner and thank you for bringing it to our attention. For no cool issues, we recommend for you to check if there is power on the unit. Verify the unit is plugged into a direct circuit and NOT and GFCI. Locate circuit breaker box within home and flip the breaker off that corresponds to the refrigerator. Factory suggested temperature settings for refrigerator is 37 degrees and freezer is 0 degrees. Acceptable operating temperatures for the refrigerator is 33 degrees to 47 degrees and the freezer is -6 degrees to 6 degrees. Blockages prevent air flow from one side to the other. The unit will not be able to cool properly. Remove any items which may be blocking vents. Clear any blockage to allow for proper air flow. Unit needs 24 hours to reach a stable temp. A non sealing door will cause an unstable temp. If the seal is working then you will feel some resistance. I have been disappointed with the quality of this refrigerator. The wheels broke off of the vegetable drawers within a couple of months. I bought it a little over a year ago and now the icemaker is not working. It should definitely last longer than this.
