This chair is a replacement for an overused; worn out; damaged; swivel office chair that didn't match our Mission style living room furniture. It arrived in a slightly damaged box that did not affect the chair. Assembly was simple, directions are accurate. Cushions are thick enough & well padded. Only complaint I have is the manufacturer used "finger joint" assembly in the legs & other parts. #Sweepstakes
