We love our induction range, which we purchased in 2019, so going on 4 years. That being said, we are ecstatic that we decided to purchase the extended warranty. As we were researching the choice for induction, Consumer Reports had issued a warning that the acceptance in North America (different in ...Europe where it induction was widely utilized) has been hampered by the lack of service people who could repair the unit, should it become non-functional. So the option for a 3 year extension of the warranty made sense to us, making any breakdown an issue for KitchenAid, not the owners. Well indeed, that prognostication by Consumer Reports did somewhat come true. We have just started having an issue with the induction cooktop. While preparing on the cooktop, we will have repeatedly occur, perhaps once every 2nd or 3rd day, a shut down of the induction elements. The entire surface unit will not respond with any lighting up of the touch sensitive switches, and the elements all shut off, making the cooking process come to a standstill. There is a warning beep that goes off during this episode, about every 15-20 seconds. The only solution is to go to the basement, and check the circuit breaker. The circuit has not flipped (the oven portion of the range is still functional, and oven light comes on, etc.) but if we flip it "off" for a few seconds, then back on, the cooktop comes back to life, and dinner can proceed in its march forward. The cooktop might shut down again, or not, as it is variable and unpredictable. I called the warranty service line, and we are scheduled for a service call next week. Whether this is a minor relay problem, or a major (expensive) issue is awaiting the repair person's visit. Additionally, and unrelated but concurrently, the fan for the convection oven's circulation of heat through the oven, has started making a loud, persistent clacking noise as if one of the fan blades is striking a strut or the mounting screws are loose and it is banging against the side of the fan opening. Also to be diagnosed when service arrives. The baking drawer is one aspect that we have not used much. I have noted it is somewhat shallow in it depth, and many things I would bake in a Pyrex or Corning Ware container will not fit in the shallow depth of the baking drawer. For cookies or something on a sheet pan, it is perfect especially in the summer when you do not want to heat up the whole kitchen pre-heating the large oven.
Pros - The induction cooktop is wonderful - The primary oven is very good - Having a secondary oven is very helpful - The styling is very attractive - The free 12-piece cookware is great Cons - The cooktop controls were designed without any regard to usability. It takes multiple, error-prone steps... to use them. This is a big con. - Three of the four burners are small and it is not possible to use two large pots simultaneously. - AquaLift self cleaning is completely without merit. - The baking drawer is quite small and only takes very short pans.

Removed the old drawer Microwave and the new microwave slid right in to its place in the Island cabinet with one slight drawback. The Bosch measurements were correct for the opening except we needed to remove the face frame on the cabinet because the control panel (top of the microwave face) was slightly higher then the outer opening. The top piece of the face frame just needs to be shortened up and replaced. Very happy with the new drawer microwave.

This is a replacement microwave for our previous 8 yr. old same model. We very much like the microwave with one exception - we do wish that the control panel was backlit. Since it is mounted lower, being a drawer type, one must get down, and right in front of the panel, to see the controls. If it were backlit, finding the right controls would be much easier. The drawer is large enough to fit most dishes. Operation of this appliance is generally very smooth.

I've had this microwave for a month now. It was the model the builder provided in my new home. I was skeptical of a microwave that did not have a turn table and also had never had an under counter mount microwave. This thing has blown my expectations out of the water. It cooks way better than any other microwave I've had, evern without a turntable. The only thing that is the smallest bit annoying is how quickly and often it alerts after the time is up. It's almost immediately and probably every few seconds not giving you much time to get to it. Other than that this microwave is pretty awesome. I would highly recommend.

Works as it should. Nice to have microwave tucked away. Only suggestion would be a brighter screen to make it easier to see.

Bought my range a month ago. but there was no instruction when we received our oven. Received only the installation manual. stove is quick to heat and quick to lower temperature, but oven seams longer to heat. Steinless is hard to clean.

Love the way this induction cooktop works. It was critical to purchase quality pots and pans designed for induction and there's a bit of learning how to use it but we are very pleased overall. Boils water lightning quick! In hindsight we would choose a range with knobs to control the burners. The one we have uses the same digital slider to control all burners so it takes some getting used to toggling between burners. My main complaint is the oven preheat is comparatively slow so that's the reason it gets 4 stars.

We've only had it for about a month. The opeations are very similar to the Sharp micorwave that this replaced but fit and finish appears better. We especially like the flush mount front. No handles or anything else protruding.

First time owning an in drawer microwave and love it. It is sleek efficient, very quiet, and fun to use. Love the fact it clears up additional counter space and always hated a microwave above the stove or the look of a micro (dutch) oven combo.

There were no sliding rails on the oven racks as was reflected and marketed when I bought this stove (sight unseen). Falsely advertised. The cooktop seems to work well but sometimes beeps incessantly no matter what I do (following the instructions) and have had to hit the main on the electrical panel box to get it to stop. Haven't tried the warming oven yet.
