Disappointed in this purchase of bed, mattress, and pillows.

We have tried contacting Angela Betts, our saleslady. The twin mattresses are alright and the adjustment is alright. We don't get the support we experienced while trying them out at the store. WE are very disappointed in: NO UNDER the bed light like we had previously on our adjustable bed. Remote... control light is too bright when I try to make an adjustment and I can't use it without other lights being on. It's BLINDING. The $169.00 pillows we purchased are terribly hard and not comfortable. We are both using our previous pillows Overall disappointed in the items we had hoped were an improvement and the expense of our purchase.
