This is a sturdy chair. The features are nice but not perfect. The cloth is very tough and stands up to my cats claws very well. However, after 2 years, the wireless remote control has stopped working, making the chair useless. I could keep it as a spare seat, but the remote died while the lumbar support was fully extended so sitting is not comfortable. American Signature gave me a number to a parts/service company that could not help me find a replacement remote. I will say, my husband also has the same chair that is still working so I might just have gotten a bad remote. Unfortunately, when the remote to a power recliner fails, the recliner does not work. I expected better for the price I paid.

This collection isn't all bad but the fact that three of the remotes don't work makes it hard to enjoy the features of the furniture. One recliner is partially out then the remote quit working so we're stuck with it open. I've scoured the internet looking for a replacement, reset or manual override without any luck.

The recliner and love seat I purchase is so comfortable. I love the heating and massage features.

Compared to a Lazy-Boy Chair & a Half, this recliner feels more substantial and higher quality, but at 1/2 the price. Note, however, you can't recline the back and footrest independent of one another. If you want to raise the foot rest, the back ultimately gets reclined. Not perfect, but something that can be managed given the price of more articulate competitive offerings. Highly recommend.

When I first went shopping for new couches I had 2 criteria/ 1- no leather and 2- no bulky reclining furniture. I shopped high and low and once I saw the Everest set I knew it was what I needed. It was the opposite of what I was looking for but couldn't be more perfect. Soft leather, comfortable seats with reclining (heat and massage!), stylish design. I'm very happy with this purchase.

We've only had it a few weeks but everyone in the house loves it! The heat and adjustable headrest are my favorite. The leather feels and looks nice. Only thing I don't like about it is that they put the power cord on the back and it isn't covered up, but it's not big and bulky so not too bad.

Super comfy without being too soft. Love the heated seats, adjustable headrest, and lumbar support. We also like that the back reclines far enough to elevate your feet above your heart. I thought I would really like the massage feature, but it's basically just some airbags (like lumbar support) that inflate and deflate. It's not therapeutic or relaxing and is too loud. It sounds like you're hooked up to life-support. Everything else about the couch is great though.
