Love it! Love it very much!

I bought this couch in 2019 just before the pandemic. Such a big comfortable couch was perfect for watching movies, playing video games or even napping during the lockdown. But within the first year, there seemed to be some structural issues. The outer edges of the couch lost their support from inside, and sink in deeper than the rest of the surfaces when you sit on it. Very uncomfortable when sitting on the edge briefly to put shoes on for example. I purchased a warranty package, but they claimed it doesn't cover this issue. 6 years later, and the internal support has gotten a lot worse. I would expect longer duration from such an expensive couch.

The fabric fades so quickly,and the foam quality is horrible. It has sunk and looks weird :( idk why they don't use better quality foam considering the price

Larger than pictured, but fits perfectly and is just the right amount of firmness. I bought the blue and it is beautiful.

i've had this couch almost 5 years. It's held up well in use & in storage. It's big enough for multiple people can double as sleeping space for guest/

I purchased this sofa almost 4 years ago and I love it so much! It looks beautiful and I get so many compliments on it. It's also so big, it serves as a bed. Anytime my friends spend the night, they sleep on my couch.100% would buy this couch again!

This couch is beautiful in person and I purchased the matching king bed. Unfortunately this is the second time switching the couch within a year due to poor quality in the fabric. The pillows in the middle wrinkle, separate and fade!!!! I don't understand the poor quality of the couch distributed and the waste of money to feel ripped off as a loyal customer for over 10 years

It feels just as good as it looks. Everyone who comes over and lays eyes on it instantly want touch and lay on it. Very happy about the purchase!
