I bought this couch about two weeks ago. Within three days of having it, the couch cushions sunk really bad. As I tried to return the couch, I was told I would get all my money back, but I would have to cover a restock fee for the return of $215 out of my return (not all my $). Upon hearing that they told me that if they had their tech service guy come out to review it. There's a chance that they could waive the fee. However, when their tech service guy came out, he told me it was due to the foam that they used to manufacture the pillows which was made to sink in for comfort. Essentially, it would be nearly impossible to get them to waive every restock fee. I'm still fighting this. I would not recommend purchasing this couch and if you do purchase with value city make sure you choose wisely otherwise you will not get all your money back.

After about 10 months this sofa shows heavy wear on all cusions and pillows, extremely uncomfortable after a few months. Owed for 2 years and had to give it away for free because who would purchase a sofa that looks terrible.

Cushions sag very bad. Couch is comfortable but if you are short it definitely isn't easy to get out of. Aesthetic wise it is nice but not very durable for day to day living especially with pets.

We had this couch for less than 2 months when the cushions started to sag. You can't get out of the couch without assistance. Value City has been great, and we are choosing something different.

My husband and I loved this couch when we saw it in the showroom, it was beyond comfortable! The deep seats were unmatched. After getting it home, a few months in the cushions began to sag. After many rotations and 2 years, I want to pull my hair out because the cushions are hardly functional. The second you make your way to sitting down and relaxing, you are swallowed up by the chasm that these cushions have created. I couldn't even use this couch when I was pregnant because it was impossible to climb out of the pit of cheaply made furniture. The other reviewers are right, the cushions are outright trash, but so are the pillow cushions, those things deform and deflate no matter how much you fluff. Such a shame, now we are stuck with this hunk of junk.

DO NOT! And I mean, DO NOT purchase this sofa! If you're one of those aesthetic folks go for it, but if you're looking for a comfortable sofa to last longer than two weeks, save your money. my cushions were flat in two weeks! I promise it's like you're sitting on the floor.

I fell in love with this couch the moment I saw it in the showroom. The deep cushions are so comfortable and amazing to relax and watch movies on. I've slept on the couch several times and haven't had any issues. I read all the reviews before purchasing the couch and still took the risk. And I am so happy I did that! Yes, there is absolutely no support under these massive cushions. So I added wood planks under them for support. A quick and cheap fix. I rotate my cushions monthly to even out the wear. I've had the couch a year and it's holding up nicely!! I can agree it's unfortunate the design of the couch wasn't well thought out. But it's a pretty easy thing to fix if you really want this couch like I did.

When I 1st got it I loved the look and it was comfortable for a few months. Now it's sagging! I can't believe they still sell this product! Unless they have changed the cushion design do not buy this !! Believe the reviews do not buy!
