Only nice for a while
I loved my couch when we first got it. After about a month the center wouldn't slide open smoothly anymore so it was a hassle. It is comfy and does soften over time but I wouldn't purchase again.

Looks good,but it is not comfortable and not soft.
Not comfortable for seating nor sleeping.Only have a good look but not comfortable at all.The good thing is easy to assemble and transport with rental van.
Very uncomfortable
It looks nice and I like the idea of it but it is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. It is hard as a rock.
Yikes
Love the look of this couch, but you would think it's made of paper mache with how easily the wood splits. Even the repair man who came to fix it was shocked that this couch is simply fabric covered plywood - I'd definitely opt for something more durable.
Hurts my back
Very uncomfortable. Who makes furniture like this? Very hard and hurts my back within minutes.
I would not recommend this sectional
I purchased this sectional in May 2024, I purchased it because I loved that it was a pull out sofa and has extra storage. What makes this such a bad buy is the quality. The pillows do not hold up at all! I can count the times I've sat on this sofa and you'd think I sleep on it every night! Sad thing is I'm still paying on this sofa and that is the part that irritates me so much! Do yourself a favor and leave this at the store.

Not the best sectional
I purchased this sectional because it offered the pullout ottoman to make it a sleeper sofa, which is really the only positive about this couch. Unfortunately the fabric is more of a woven texture than a soft couch fabric, so it's not the most comfortable to lay on and pulls very easily. The back cushions are not attached, and lost their shape quickly so I am constantly trying to manipulate the filling inside to make it form the cushion. Overall this couch was not worth the price tag and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Does not hold up well
Overall is an okay couch however after a year you can tell where people have sat more on the couch. The cushions have sank in and looks older than what it is. I loved the versatility of the couch and overall look. But not built the greatest, I would not repurchase or recommend
