Frame and buttons broken after a year
We bought our sectional march 2023. So far the frame has broken twice on 2 separate recliners. One of the recliners the buttons stopped working so it doesn't recline anymore. I would not buy this product again.
I've only had this sectional for 7 months. The fabric is already fraying and wearing out. Feathers are constantly coming out. I haven't even finished paying for it and it looks years old. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money.

Everything is exactly as expected.
Worst couch ever!
Only had couch for 3 months and the material is pilling, one recliner doesn't close all the way, one cushion is flattening, back attached pillows are flattening. Terrible wear for the money.

We don't abuse our furniture we have zero stains all we do is watch tv and relax on it.
I would not buy this again
Feathers coming out all the time, cushioning breaks down within a month. One year in headrest on Recliner stopped working.

I don't see how anyone can say this couch is not comfortable.. it's the best couch we have ever owned . It's so comfortable and I highly recommend. We don't have any issues with feathers coming out at all .
