Kinda fun, pretty comfy
I bought this in a package with a sofa because my living room didn't quite have enough space for a couch + loveseat and this fit better than the loveseat would've. I have mine in the dark brown color. Pros 1. Comfortable. 2. The swivel is a neat feature. It's nice to turn 180-degrees and get up ra...ther than getting up and walking in front of the people in my couch. 3. Three pillows come with it and they are poofy and comfortable as well. 4. The fabric is easy enough to clean. 5. Relatively light (if a little unwieldy) if you need to move it to a different part of the room. 6. Pairs well with a couch. 7. Not quite as big as a loveseat but it actually fits 2 people laying down together better than a loveseat would. 8. I'm 5'9" and when I sit all the way back against the back of the chair, only my feet hang off. Anyone shorter can easily fit on this thing sitting upright with their legs stretched. 9. I have napped on this thing twice. Not quite as comfy as the couch for sleeping but I didn't wake up in pain. Neutral 1. The chair rocks a bit when you move around in it. It's because of the wheels on the bottom that let you swivel the chair. I'm a bit concerned about long term durability, but we'll have to wait and see. It's not a con, but it's not really a pro either. Cons 1. The furry side of the fluffy pillow is hilariously bad. I mean, it's fluffy and such, but it's hideous. Looks like Albert Einstein's hair on a pillow. I put a pillow case on mine and I like it much better. 2. At $700 retail, this is absolutely not a well priced item. It gets zero points for value from me. This is a luxury purchase and, tbh, I only made it because of how well it fits in my living room. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I think I overpayed a bit and the furry pillows are hella ugly, but it's comfortable and fun to sit on and it's a nice place to cuddle with the wife on movie nights. I also placed a sheet over the cushion because we have dogs.

Love my blue couch, loveseat doing great, sofa not as much
I have had this couch for a little less than a year and I still love it. I love the color and the material is so soft and comfortable. I have a corgi that sheds a ton and the couch is very easy to get fur off of unlike previous couches I've had where her fur easily becomes embedded in the fabric. Th...e material is also really easy to clean and has been resistant to stains so far (I spilled a full glass of red wine on it the first night I had it). The reason I didn't give this couch 5 stars is because the cushions on the large sofa are pretty under-filled and they have "deflated" a lot and are sagging. The front of the cushions are still firm, bouncy, and tall like they were when I first bought it, but they slope downward towards the back of the couch so you kinda feel like you're falling back if you don't put a pillow under your lower back or something. There is also a lot of rippling of the fabric on the sofa cushions due to them being under-filled. The back cushions are also sagging some. I have been flipping the cushions every so often because that seems to help. I would say that the whole couch/set is below average quality, BUT the loveseat and the ottoman have held up very well to everyday use unlike the sofa. I had a small problem with the ottoman a couple months into owning it where one of the feet came loose and was crooked, and someone was able to come out to fix it within a day or two and I haven't had a problem since. The ottoman and loveseat are not showing any of the sagging or rippling and I'm pretty sure my dog lays in the exact same spot on the ottoman every day while I'm at work and there isn't a dent in it anywhere. I am going to try to reach out to see if I can get the sofa cushions replaced because I do love this couch and it's so pretty. I'm hoping I just got a bad set of sofa cushions, especially because I have seen the loveseat ones hold up so well.

I love this sectional. I purchased it originally back in 2018 and recently I had a water heater break and flood my entire apartment so I went and brought the same exact sofa all over again I loved it so much. It's so plush and comfy.

Loved the look which is why I bought it but should have paid attention to the reviews. I've had it less than a month and the cushion is already sinking where I sit. It would have been better if the cushion was round and could be rotated.

I wanted this chair so badly and my husband bought it for me for Christmas in 2023. I hate that the cushion isn't able to be flipped, not reversible. The cushion is beginning to sag and it looks horrible. One of the wheels broke off and I keep trying to fix it but it keeps falling off. There needs to be more wheels on it. Outside of these issues I like the chair, just needs attention to these details. Not recommending this due to these issues.

I bought the two piece sectional and ottoman about 3.5 years ago. The color is beautiful, the seats are deep and the height is perfect for my tall family. However, only a month after having the set the ottoman sunk in on one side! It's not even useable because the cushion was placed in between the slacks. The couch pillows are sagging and the chaise is horrible! The bottom of the chaise is made of a thin black material, not the sides material. The Velcro strip started sticking to the black material and it completely ripped apart, the bottom of the chaise has plastic and all of the cotton hanging out. It's embarrassing and disappointing since I wanted to love this set! It has perfect dimensions and colors, but the materials are just so cheap it's not worth even buying! And the insurance is a JOKE! Would not recommend purchasing the insurance.
