Loving it so far!
Been a couple weeks and we love our new sofa! It did sit low to the ground so we switched out the legs and raised it a few inches and now it's perfect!! The hybrid is very comfortable. We have seen a few feathers come out but that's to be expected.

I received mine in late fall. By the time Christmas came, it was so broken down. Only one person and no pets in the home. My adult children could barely get in and out of both the couch and loveseat. Loving it so far!

Too low, breaks down quickly

I went to the store and they were no help. My back hurts and it's the only room I have other than my bedroom. I paid the normal price. Don't bother unless you want bean bag style low with no support.

I would not buy this again
Too low to the floor, cushions have broken down 2 adults in the home and couch is not abused. Extremely uncomfortable. Not worth the price. We're searching for a new couch less than 12 months after this purchase. Would not recommend at all.

Do not recommend.
I really liked the style but I have owned it for one month and the cushions are already sagging. It's just myself and my husband and I try to sit in different places but it made no difference cushion still sagged and wrinkled. Very disappointed. I expected more for the price.
The hybrid version is extremely comfortable.
Love the couch and loveseat, got the hybrid version with extra pillows very nice setup overall I would highly recommend.
Do not buy!
I had this sofa less than two months and it squeaks, made a crack sound the first day I sat on it, fabric wrinkles wherever you sit and leaves a dent in sofa, you can also so at the bottom of the sofa where it caves in. This sofa is not built to last or for everyday use. I DONT recommend.

This product is exactly as advertised. I love that you could customize fabric to your liking. You can also pick the fill of the cushion .The size was wonderful for our small space.
i would not buy this product again
The fabric (which is supposed to be velvet) looks and feels very low quality. The 4 extra pillows are too large; you have to move them out of the way and sit them on floor if you want to sit comfortably on the couch with your back up to the back pillow, or else sit on the edge of the sofa. I like the style but again the fabric appears to be low quality.
