Stearns and Foster Mattress smell like hard boiled egg shell

I bought a bed on 02/14/2019 from mattress firm online. It was delivered to me on the 02/21/21 well the bed which is a firm is very hard. Then there is the smell that smells like when you boiled hard boiled eggs and removed the shell that stink. Well I guess mattress firm is using the consumer tag a...s a warranty. But the thing is they did not advise me about that so I was making the bed and couldn't get the sheet pass some paper at the top of the mattress under the head of the headboard. So I took the paper off. I paid for my bed upfront, not credit. My delivery driver when he delivered the bed I complained that the odor coming off the bed was bad he said don't worry about it, it will go away. well it has not it gives me a bad headache. Mattress firm refused to take it back saying I took off the consumer tag. Well I did not know that they used that as a warranty. I think it was a hidden clause to pawn off a bed that smells bad on a customer. I plan to talk to a consumer attorney tomorrow and the Attorney general in Houston. I have already filed a complaint on the better business bureau. I want all my money back by tomorrow or the mattress that I paid for delivered to me or I will hire an attorney. My air purifier stays on red if I uncover the mattress or move any cover on it. Something is definatly wrong with this mattress. I have only had it 3 days and so Mattress firm is trying to use the tag I took off not to take it back saying stearns and Foster will not take it back without the tag. Mind you now no one told me not the receipt not the delivery driver not mattress firm customer service. Yet the tag says by law only the consumer can remove it I am the consumer. I paid for the mattress not financed it. Do not buy Stearns and Foster Mattress if that is what their dealers are doing trap customers with defective mattress. I will not let them get away with that. According to the law they must tell me about the warranty before I purchase the bed. When I was making the purchase noting at anytime flashed and said read the warranty. By law I did nothing wrong I simply removed a tag from my bed. I could not even move the bed to see the paper I was removing they put it where it would be hidden to use it against the customer if it was removed and the product is defective. I have a bad headache from the fumes coming from the mattress and it causes my eyes to water. People do not buy andy of these beds. Whatever is inside is hazardous to your health. My air purifier turns red for a long time even if I get out of bed and the cover life. This is a health risk. Who knows what it is causing the toxic smell. and all mattress firm is worried about is that Stearns and Foster that made the defective mattress will not accept it back. What about the fact that it is giving me a headache and causing me to feel nauseous. Stearns and Foster needs to take this defective mattress back and send it back to the manufacturer to find out what the smell is all about. There are many bad reviews about the smell coming from these expensive beds. How do I know it's not a smell that causes cancer. This needs to be taken care of ASAP. For now I am warning the public to stop buying these beds. There are toxic materials inside the one that I receive. A air purifier does not lie, It is picking up something from that mattress they sold me.
