It took a few days to adjust to the new mattress. Now, I sleep like a baby. The mattress is a bit pricey but it's well worth the cost. I should have purchased this type of mattress long ago. I have a major back problem. The upper and lower mattress adjustments are quiet and very smooth. I can get into the bed easily, however if you are on the shorter side you may have a problem getting into the bed. It is higher than most beds. The two gentlemen that delivered and set up the bed up were very professional and courteous.
