This is a good quality mattress. I have three Sealy Posturepedic Hybrids, and like them all. I like that they don't 'bounce' when a partner rolls over. This one is very firm, however, and by far the most hard of my Sealy Posturepedic Hybrids. It does not have a 'model' name, and so is impossible to compare to mattresses you can try in Sealy dealers which have model names. It is offered in only a 'soft' and a 'firm', I am not sure why no medium is offered. The 'Firm' is definitely firm.

This was our second mattress ... another brand another style came first and it was just too hard. So we had to return it. This Sealy, in contrast, is very sleep-able, and we are enjoying it!

After the first night I slept on the new mattress my back didn't hurt. I have degenerative disks in my lower back. Now, I need to wait and see how long the mattress will hold up. It has a 10 year warranty.

I had no doubt that the mattress would be well made and exactly what I was wanting. And it is. The Sealy mattress is comfortable and I expect it to last quite a few years. The product is great. The acquisition of the mattress, however, was an absolute nightmare of miscommunication, anti-communication, and ignorance on a level that should not be used to describe a company that uses "logistics" in their bio. Fragilepak embodied whatever the opposite is of "Logistics". I live 35 miles from the Sealy factory where my mattress was made, but it took them over a month to deliver it. There were times in that month where I was questioning whether I would even receive the mattress, or if it would be turned back to the factory before ever making it to my house. What communication I had from Fragilepak was confusing, abrupt, demanding, and often times oddly vague. I purchased this mattress during a sale, and therefore I thought I would hold on in hopes that it did end up at my house. If I would have paid full price for it, I would have cancelled my order and bought from someone else that didn't use an Escher drawing of a company to do their deliveries. Sealy Mattress Company... I love my mattress. I literally hate the company you used to deliver it. Choose better.
