I bought this couch since my last Value City couch was too big to fit in the narrow stairway of my house. I had that couch for about 20 years. This one looked great and is comfortable but is already experiencing peeling and cracking 4 years in. So disappointed.

The couch started peeling off on the sides in between each piece. The salesman guaranteed it won't peel of because its real leather because that was out main concern, we did not want faux leather. I don't know if American Signature/value city can help me.

My Happy sectional was delivered yesterday. Beautiful color, gorgeous leather. Perfect size and height. I love it!

Bought this couch in Feb 2022 with the associated warranty they offer. It was located in my family room and was rarely used. When I moved in Jam 2024, the couch was used more but still not every day. Suddenly the chaise started peeling so I filed a claim and was denied because they labeled it as normal wear and tear. Don't purchase this couch. It will start peeling without much use. Don't purchase the warranty as Value City won't honor it.

I bought this couch about 3- 4years ago for my family room and it is falling apart! it is peeling everywhere!! All between the cushions and all over, the so-called leather is falling off. I have a leather couch I bought over 15 years ago, and it is in better condition than this sofa. So disappointed with this purchase.

We love the couch and love that the pieces can be arranged how we want !! It's also super comfortable!

We have had the "Happy" now for 3 years and we couldn't be happier! 🙂. When our children come to visit at the lake we will have 3 dogs here and I was upset they might hurt the couch if they got on it. We have never seen a mark from any claws yet! It's very comfortable and we love the head rests. We have 5 sections and many people can sit together. I would recommend this in a heartbeat!

We've had our happy couch selection for about three years and it is doing quite well except for the fact that we can never have it stay in place … also all the chargers for the phone broke immediately… my wife is already looking for a new replacement

When we were couch shopping, my husband really wanted a recliner, at first thought.. I envisioned a big, clunky, unappealing one. Thankfully we found the Bellini. It is dual reclining which provides the ultimate comfort, providing plenty of support for your legs, & head. It truly is the best of both worlds, aesthetically pleasing, & extremely comfortable. Another one of my favorite things is it is a modular couch. So we were able to easily configure it to fit our space perfectly. We took a risk with a white couch & having little ones but it is durable & easy to keep clean with simple spot treatment when needed, stains come right out. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful Bellini couch.

In less than 6 months the leather started peeling aroung the seam area,one seat was drooping as well.worse is the fact that we are barely home so they are not used so often. Highly doubting their authenticity.
