Horrible couch. Within first month cushions sunk in. Now we are 9 months in and the couch is so uncomfortable. We paid all this money for a couch that isn't good to keep not even a year later.

The pillow are sunken in after 2 months and it very uncomfortable. Don't wast you money

The side is big however it sinks in I've had the couch I would say 2min the this far and the right side sunk in just like the reviews said now that I've ready them I really wish I seen the reviews I would have spent almost 3k on a better quality couch

If any couch on earth was meant to be mine it was this one and I knew it from the second I saw it. I have this couch in the bolce snow light grey/ white and it is the most gorgeous dreamy color and fabric. This couch is beautiful, practical, and comfortable. And it's a bonus that literally everyone who walks into my home admires it right when they walk in. This couch makes your home gorgeous and easily elevates your space. It is true the cushions sink in some but it is such a simple fix by just flipping the cushions every couple of months like any couch. The cushions also have small buckle straps to make sure they do not move or slide off. They can still be clicked in when flipping the cushions as well, but I really don't think the cushions would slide regardless! Also, I was worried since this couch is a 2 piece split in the middle that it would come apart while using it but it stays together perfectly. Trust me when I say this is worth the investment and you won't be disappointed if you fell in love with this couch. I will be keeping it for the rest of my life. It is my twin flame and my soulmate!

This couch is designed to fail you! The frame of the seating area is raised so once you sit you sink and the cushions stay exactly like that. Sunk down and makes the couch looks used and worn after only a few weeks of sitting occasionally. It's really pretty looking and that's appealing I already feel like we need new cushions even though it will continuously happen.

This sofa caught my attention with the depth of the seats— and that I still LOVE. Extremely comfortable, however the reviews are true: these cushions sank almost immediately. It has only been a couple weeks since my purchase and I'm disappointed in how worn looking the sofa is (for reference: I'm not a couch potato, I've barely used it). Super expensive sofa with low quality material. Honestly a shame because the look is there, the production is not!

Me and my husband purchased this sofa in January 2024 and got it delivered middle of January. Our room has a small connecting living room. He fell in love with this sofa since the moment he first saw it. We got it delivered and we were both excited to have this new piece of furniture. It's only been a couple of months and we've had to exchange this sofa. The sofa is poorly made from factory. There is absolutely no support underneath the cushions, so you automatically sink in when you sit down. Please keep in mind we only use this sofa on the weekends. We are very disappointed in the sofa especially for the amount of money we paid for it. We fell in love with it and really loved the space, unfortunately we have to change it for something else.

This couch has NOT been a disappointment! It is super comfortable, chic and soft. Definitely the best couch for family movie nights! 100% recommend.

I just received my sofa and I love it. And I love love love the color. I would haven given 5 stars, except for the issue with the sinking cushions, that I knew about before purchasing. But I had a solution already prepared. What I did was put 1/2' plywood under the cushions immediately. It works like a charm! No sinking. I wanted the sofa for the seat depth, so I purchased it, and I am happy so far. Of course, as a consumer you should not have to do that, after already spending so much on the sofa. But I really wanted the sofa so I came up with a solution that works for me.
