I highly recommend this chair
The chair is comfortable, with a wide seat and easily reached button control. We have 3 large dogs who like to sit in it, and the leather is holding up great, not even showing any scratches! My husband loves his new chair.

It needs a power back up or a way to switch to manual to get out of the chair ifvpower goes out. . I got it as I need to use for compression pump for my legs. fell apart in less than two years
The footrest snaps twice when raising the footrest and sags a bit lower than my matching couch footrests do. When closing the footrest the mechanism stutters several times when it gets to the closed position like its trying to close further but can't.
