I'm baffled by all of the great reviews. This is the most uncomfortable, itchy, scratchy sofa I have ever had the displeasure of sitting on. I've tried everything under the sun to try to make the material less stiff and unpleasant, but nothing so far has worked. I never write product reviews, especially not negative ones, but I felt compelled to write this and warn others. Even my family and friends who have sat on it have commented on the strange, unpleasant texture. This is nothing like any polyester couch I've ever seen. Also, after several months of barely any use at all, the cushions are all already starting to flatten out and lose their shape. I would give zero stars if I could. I'm so disappointed. What an absolute waste of money.

We tried out the couch in store and loved it. We thought it'd be a great couch for the family to snuggle up and watch movies on. We have sooooo much buyers remorse. The couch is SO sloppy looking all the time with the cushions sliding off. Not to mention the cushions are so flat. You can feel the base of the couch. There is zero support. The sale associate assured us that we could wash the cushion covers in the washer. No where does it say anything is machine washable. Do not buy it!

Really shocked at how many 5 star reviews there are. This couch is so uncomfortable. The cushions continuously slide off. No support at all. You have to fluff/beats the pillows daily to get some type of cushion feeling. They are flimsy, way too expensive for what you're getting. Keep looking, do not get this couch

Purchased this for the media room. It's so poorly constructed and uncomfortable. There is no support in the cushions, which leaves you sitting on the frame of the sofa. No one ever sits on it because it's so awful. Please save your money and keep looking.

This sofa is so comfortable and cute! It was the esthetic I was going for! I have 3 pieces and it offers plenty of space for myself and guests. I love how deep the cushions are; I'm able to prop my feet up with minimal effort. It does not latch together but has rubber feet that hold together okay.

This couch is incredibly uncomfortable, the cushions are flimsy, you can feel the frame of the couch poking through, that's if the cushions actually stay on and don't slip off half way. The pieces that I was assured are too heavy to move, move all the time since they're not attached. It might look cute but it's not a functional couch, don't recommend if it'll be used frequently

I have had the Lola for over a year and it is very comfortable! I wash the covers as needed and fluff once a week. We use it everyday!
