I purchased this couch but in a different color and I have been having issues for a while, if you do not shave or razor the cushions lint balls will develop all of the couch. Also with one of my pillows, the pillow cover is loose on one of the pillows that we barely sit on. They should honestly stop making it.

We bought this couch a year ago. Within two months the piling was horrible and the springs broke and one seat is now sagging. I had not read reviews until now and I'm so mad we bought this product. First time buyer with American Signature and I'm disappointed. We did get the warranty so calling to see what can be done. This sectional is horribly made.

We had to get a new couch that was not only bigger, but more durable for my dog. So far the couch is great. Definitely still a bit stiff and needs broken on but its getting better. Only thing I would change is the seat depth. Its a little more narrow than I would like but its easy to look past. Also, it comes with a metric butt-load of throw pillows. Pretty solid for napping purposes at this time and not totally hideous like most that come along with couches.
