Comments about Catalina 5-Piece Dual-Power Reclining Sectional with 2 Reclining Seats - Black

I purchased the all leather 5 piece sectional with two recliners a year ago. While the piece is beautiful and I get many compliments the surface coating on top is peeling. Leather does not peel. I also purchased the pure promise protection plan. They denied my claim stating peeling is not covered.

I loved this couch until it started peeling and a cousin lost it's form. I bought this couch 15 months ago and it's falling apart. Going to contact the warranty company and pray they will make this right.

We've had this sofa for a year now and love it. I looked a long time for a not so poufy reclining sofa with separate component parts to build whatever configuration you need. We chose 4 recliners, which is hard to find. It has received extensive wear but is still beautiful and retains its form and color. So comfortable and easy to clean— a fabric sofa would have never held up to our kids and dogs. The dual reclining system is so comfortable that once you sit down you don't want to get up again. The USB ports are very handy. We bought the warranty to give us peace of mind with all the moving parts.

It's a beautiful set and the color is amazing it's really comfortable but the color started to wear off after a few months on the head rest and the arm of the recliners , the color is wearing off all over the sectional and the cost of this is way to expensive for this to have happened! I'm very disappointed in Value City , I've bought so much of merchandise from them that was high Quality products , they told me this was genuine leather ! I don't believe it because I've had faux leather before and this never happened

Pieces are uneven do not line up.
