I have had this couch for a few years now. Unfortunately I have the same issue many ppl are having, rips at the seams. The first time the store replaced the couch because replacement cushions were on back order. Second time the warranty plan covered the repairs. Now the third time the warranty has denied the claim stating its not covered as its normal wear and tear. It breaks my heart to spend over $1000 for a sofa and have to deal with issues from day 1. I went to many stores and looked at many sofas before deciding on the Nest. This sofa should be disconnected. That the store continues to sell this product knowing that it's defective, is horrible.

This sectional is beautiful and comfortable but it was very poorly made especially for the cost. Most of my pillows have ripped just bust open for no reason. The wheels on 2 of the ottomans broke. This is insane because we barely touch the pillows. I'm shocked by how this set is falling apart. I will be reaching out to ASF about this.

Paid alot if money for this sofa and loveseat and the quality is poor. It's comfortable however the material is shredding and falling apart. ALL THE PILLOWS are ripped and fraying. Very disappointed. I did take out the insurance will be filing a claim not sure how successful I'll be!

I have had the Nest sofa for about 2 years now and the quality is amazing! It has been a great addition to my living room, comfortable, & perfect for hanging out with my family. I have 3 pups who love to sleep on it and can definitely say it still looks as if I bought it yesterday!
A nice little reading nook without blocking the view!
This is a VERY low-quality product! Within a few short months, the seams of the cushions and the pillows are tearing. We are not couch people, we rarely use it. The warranty is a joke. They denied our claim saying: "The damage appears to be the result of normal wear and tear from daily usage". We have had other couches for years without that type of "wear & tear". Please do not purchase this product, save your money for something of better quality.

Dont buy! My pillows busted open after a year of having it. Stitching is horrible!

We purchased this sofa and have only had it 2 years and all of the seams are ripping and shredding apart. We have feathers coming out of the cushions. I've only been able to wash the covers once because i'm terrified i'll take them out of the wash in shreds. It is honestly an embarrassment and I wish we had never purchased. We requested new covers under warranty and were refused. Absolutely terrible. Buyer beware. This is only appropriate for a formal living room that no one ever uses.

This sofa is poor quality I bought these sofas in less than a year the cushions broke and then when I tried to get replacements and file a claim with the manufacturer warranty, the store has given me the run around I file the claim on November 1,2023 and we are not January 30,2024 and I haven't received my replacements cushions. The store has no urgency to help and get the matter resolved when you try tell this is unacceptable they claim you're being disrespectful and hang up the phone How do you get this issue resolved

This couch has been very disappointing. It's the first brand new couch I have ever owned. We do not use even weekly as we do not sit in this room often. I got the entire 9pc set. They have never fit together well, the middle pieces have the back that sits further back then the ends of the corner pieces. As everyone else said at least one of my cushions has ripped at the seams. Mine is no longer under warranty and therefore they cannot help and recommended I go to an upholstery specialist to repair it. One piece is also not the same shade of charcoal as the rest of the set. It shines more blue than the rest. The stuffing in the cushions across the back also ball up really easily and look smushed even though we rarely use the couch.
