We use this couch everyday. We had previously bought a sectional through Value City about two years ago which did not hold up very well. We were afraid to buy another one from Value City but really liked this sofa. Every day we're happier that we got it. We haven't had it too long so I can't say muc...
I bought this sectional in December 2018. It was very comfortable in-store (Cumulus), but I opted for the Comfort one instead because I didn't want to constantly sink into the couch. After about 6 months of having it the cushions that are sat on the most started sinking into the couch. While still v...
I have two, 100lb German Shepherds and a cat. I've had 2 Winston sectionals and they have withstood the torture that my pets put them through. I sold the first because it was just too big for the room. The Winston collection is comfortable and good quality. The fabric is durable and stain resistant. Unlike other sofa's I've had, there is no sagging or uncomfortable spots at all.

In my son's living room. Seats deep. Comfortable. Pretty solid.
We've had this couch about a year and half and at first I loved it. A middle piece broke several months in and they came out and fixed it. We were told it would hold up even better than before. Several months later, it breaks again and another piece that was connected also broke with it. The quality overall is extremely poor. The material started pilling within months. The pillows are oddly flat and I'm constantly sweeping up feathers. I wouldn't recommend it.
I have had this couch for almost a year now and thought it was time to write a review as I feel like reviews from people who have only had it a week don't count. I have wanted this couch for years before we purchased it, it was a bit of a splurge for us. We upgraded the cushions to the dual foam/feathers and went with the darker fabric. As others have stated the couch does pill, but if it bothers you that much you can buy a fabric shaver ($10 Amazon) and it makes the couch look like new again. We do lose about 5 feathers a day from the cushions, sometimes more if you hunt for them. 90% of the time the feathers are coming from the smallest cushions. They can get pokey, but then l just take a second and pull the feather out. This could definitely annoy some people but I don't really mind. The fabric has held up really well to kids and stains. When I clean I do take the time to push the cushions back to the back of the couch and fluff the back cushions. The bottom cushions never slide out far enough where we feel like we can't sit, and we don't even have the cushions buckled. We plan on getting some shredded memory foam to fluff the cushions back up. Oh and one of the back large cushions is flatter in one corner than the others, almost like I wasn't filled as much as the other 2, but again that can be fixed with filling with memory foam we just haven't yet. Overall I love this couch, everyone who comes over loves the couch. Its big enough for my husband and I to snuggle on one side while the toddlers wrestle WWE style on the other side.

Comments about Winston 3-Piece Sectional with Dual Chaise
Great looking product. Looks exactly as advertised.
Love the set up , love the color . Our armless piece , the wood snapped underneath two months after purchasing . Nothing of our fault. Looked underneath where the wood snapped to see what happened . The nails that are holding together on one side , almost all are missing the wood needing to be nailed too. A handful of nails going in and a few actually hit the other piece of wood. One part didn't even touch the other piece of wood . Had to buy plywood to put underneath the two cushions. Uncomfortable and hard to sit on . The back rest snapped a year and a half later because of the weak spots . Rest of the couch is intact. Pilling happened after a few months pretty bad . Had to buy a product that pretty much "shaves " the couch . Not the softest material to lay on. Feathers poke you constantly . I contacted value city a few months after purchase when this Happened. , they told me contact manufacturer. Did so , and they gave me no help and said it wasn't an issue on their end , even though I have photos . Since I ripped the bottom fabric , it wasn't their issue . We've now had it a year and a half and the manufacturer never did anything . The armless sofa we have was poorly made and the couch is not our favorite !

The material seems cheap I brought this couch 2 1/2 months ago and it is getting lent balls on it….i can't describe it any other way I have always brought furniture from value city that lasted for many many years this is the 1st time I have brought anything from them and was not satisfied the couch is comfortable but the way it lent up and starting to fuzz reminds me of a of blanket :(

This couch is very deep, but extremely comfortable and easy on your back. #sweepstakes
The fabric is horrendous. It started pilling almost immediately upon using our Winston sectional last year and has progressively gotten worse. The pillows shed an absorbent amount of feathers so the back cushions barely fill the slipcover and some are completely flat. The seat cushions made of foam and are very full, dense, and heavy. They have buckles to assist in securing the seat cushion so it doesn't slip off the couch, but these are functionally useless since they are made of elastic and the cushion constantly slides 1/3 of the way off the couch. It's super inconvenient having to adjust the cushions multiple times a day so you're not falling off the couch. I'm completely disgusted with the quality of this couch. I had a VCF couch and loveseat that I purchased in the early 2000s and the quality was amazing. Really disappointed with the fabric wear and overall design. I would appreciate someone contacting me to rectify this matter.
