I absolutely love this beautiful, cedar chest. From the hinges to the beautiful white washed wood finish. It has a great amount of space and I love keeping my blankets and throws inside. Its such a nice addition to my family room and I have received so many complainants.

This is by far one of my new favorite things I own. I am using this piece as a coffee table to go with my nautical-themed decor. It works nicely to hold throws and extra couch pillows while they are not in use. It provides huge amounts and ample storage for whatever you want to stuff inside. And the inside is cedar so you know it has that familiar smell you know and love. Lid has hinges that take some pressure to both open and close so it will not easily slam shut on fingers. It is so strong, sturdy and durable, it can be used for extra seating. I also love that it looks so stunningly beautiful and easily adds modern style to my living area. I have already received several compliments from visiting guests. Assembly is required and does take some time and patience, but it does not take any special skills nor tools to complete the job. Assembly tip: Usually the last step would be to tighten all screws. Be sure you tighten the chest screws before installing lid hinges, lest you won't be able to reach the two top back corners and will have to take the hinges back off (like me ugh!).

The white rope cedar chest exceeded my expectations. It is so pretty and very well made! The cedar wood is absolutely beautiful and I love the added detail of the rope to give it a nautical vibe. I also love the contrast of the natural wood inside the chest against the white outside portion. The chest is very well designed and sturdy. I can tell that the materials are top quality. It came in one box and was pretty simple to put together. My husband worked a little to get the holes to line up but other than that, we had no issues with assembly. Not only does the chest look beautiful in any nook or area of your home, but it is quite functional and useful. My son currently keeps it at the foot of his bed. He loves storing all of his treasures and toys in it! Since he has had the chest, his room stays so much neater and more organized! I highly recommend this trunk if you are looking for a beautiful and functional piece of furniture!

I ordered this chest and am so happy that I did. It is a beautiful white washed wood finish with cute rope corner accents. It fits in perfect in my bedroom that is nautical themed. It is so easy to put together. All the parts are clearly labeled and fit together without any problems. It is easily a one person job and doesn't required any special skills.

I have always wanted a cedar chest for blankets and linens and so was excited to get this. It does have a nice cedar lining, but I do wish the bottom were a little bit sturdier for storage. I feel like it's a little bit thin. It's easy to put together if you don't get it pre-assembled, and not as heavy as I thought it would be. I will say to be careful, as it can scratch fairly easily. Fortunately, the scratches were fairly superficial and not easily noticeable. I would buy this again if you want more storage, as it looks lovely in a bedroom or even as a table.
