I told her my experience and she spoke highly of this pillows and I walked away thinking same crap. But OH...

The most Uncomfortable pillows I have ever own (probably because they are extremely firm). I was surprised how heavy those (gel) pillows are. Don't waste your money!

Sweepstakes! The soft side of the pillow is great. Nice support for head and neck. The back side is more rigid and has bumpy texture. I only sleep on the soft side.

The square channeling makes it so that it stays fluffy when I lay on it. The other side is so cooling and calming. I fall asleep faster, I don't toss and turn, and I sleep deeper than I ever have. There's also a little weight to it- which is great because it stays put!
