I would not recommend this pillow.
The most Uncomfortable pillows I have ever own (probably because they are extremely firm). I was surprised how heavy those (gel) pillows are. Don't waste your money!

Sweepstakes! The soft side of the pillow is great. Nice support for head and neck. The back side is more rigid and has bumpy texture. I only sleep on the soft side.
