Bought for our long farmhouse kitchen table. Our kitchen table is the place we gather most and we wanted comfort and durability. These chairs give us both. They were displayed as side chairs but we're using them all around the table. The fabric color is called brown but I would call it a grey/brown. More of a taupe. The fabric feels luxurious. The shape of the chair is so comfy! The chair is sturdy, not cheaply made at all. Sales person in the store was wonderful and helpful, not pushy at all. We ended up ordering online but were able to give our salesperson's name, so I hope he got credit for it. We had the delivery service where they put the chairs together included with delivery. Delivery person was polite, pleasant and great! Chairs were fully assembled on delivery, couldn't have been easier and worth the money.
