Very Very nice but no rumble in the built in subwoffer

When I frst saw this TV stand I was very impressed. At first I wanted the one without a sound bar because I was going to buy my own. I went to Value City to try it with the sound bar and I was not really blown away like I thought I would be. The sound bar is by Bello' Digital. I asked the sales rep ...to play something with a lot of action and things blowing up. The sales rep had her phone connected to it through bluetooth and played the Avengers Infinty War trailer. The sound from the speakers was amazing but the bass was missing. I asked if it came with a subwoofer and she told me that it was built into it and that the bass could be turned up with the remote. She looked for the remote but couldn't find it. My wife was in love with it so we bought it. I told the sales rep that when I get mine at home, I'll see if it sounds better once I adjust the bass. I get it and the assembly was pretty simple and easy. The first movie I played is Guardians of the Galaxy 2 on Netflix. I turn the treble and bass to the max (7). The sound was amazing but it didn't have the rumble of a normal subwoofer that I was hoping for. I called Bello' Digital customer service and was told that this particular piece of furniture was not compatible with their wireless subwoofer. It would have to have a USB port on the back for the wireless transmitter to connect with the subwoffer. I am very disappointed about the subwoffer issue but the electric fireplace and the structure of the TV stand is very beautiful and well built. You will get plenty of oooo's and ahhh's from family and friends. I think I'm still going to buy my own sound bar with a wireless subwoofer and just not use the intergrated sound bar that came with the TV stand. I need to feel the rumble.
