I took a risk with ordering this mattress online without testing it in the store first, but I'm glad I did! My old mattress was shot and I was desperate to get a new one as soon as possible. This mattress is a little more "firm" than it is "medium" but not in a bad or uncomfortable way. I have a lot of back and joint issues that often cause me to wake up in pain, but those instances have dramatically reduced since purchasing this. I would buy this again and I highly recommend! #sweepstakes

I've never ordered a mattress online without testing it in the store first, but my old mattress was shot and I was desperate for a new one asap. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and firmness of this mattress and I'm glad I took the risk. It's more firm than I would expect from a "medium firmness" but not so much that it's not still comfortable for someone with a preference for "medium" such as myself. Overall I would definitely recommend this mattress.
