I have had this mattress for almost a year. This purchase has turned out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made. To provide some context, I purchased the Temper Pedic mattress with great anticipation, expecting a comfortable and supportive sleep experience. However, contrary to my expectations, this mattress has caused me significant discomfort and back pain, which I have never experienced before. The very purpose of investing in a high-quality mattress was to enhance my sleep quality, and unfortunately, this mattress has failed to deliver on that front. Furthermore, I was shocked and disappointed by the inadequate return window provided by Raymour and Flanigan. As a customer, I believe it is my right to be able to return a product that does not meet my expectations, especially when it comes to something as essential as a mattress. The lack of flexibility in the return policy has left me feeling trapped with a product that does not meet my needs and has caused me physical discomfort. Adding to my frustration, I reached out to Raymour and Flanigans customer service department to express my concerns and file a complaint, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. This lack of responsiveness has left me feeling unheard and unsupported as a customer. The discomfort caused by the Temper Pedic mattress has become increasingly unbearable. I find myself tossing and turning throughout the night, leading to neck pain and even numbness in my arm. This is not the sleep experience I envisioned when I made this purchase, and it has had a significant negative impact on my overall well-being and quality of life. I understand that issues can arise with any product, but the lack of resolution and support from Raymour and Flanigan has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of service and assistance in addressing my concerns.

Medium Split King Have had my mattress for 3.5 years and I began having lower back issues. I uncovered my mattress was beginning to sink at my back and bottom area. My local sales rep would not assist and advised I contact warranty which can only be done online. Warranty does not take any calls. The site was not working and I could not upload the required pics and such. Called customer service and they had warranty email me and I then uploaded the pics. The warranty was approved rather quickly after repeated calls and to my local store. I'm ordering the same mattress and I'm not thrilled. For 3.5 years the mattress was fine and it then failed. Although I'm getting a new mattress the warranty is from the original date of purchase and they make you pay for delivery again which is in the fine print when you originally purchase. At this price point they should pay for delivery being the original one failed and delivery was paid by customer. TP is not taking responsibility for a poor product. I also think the bed needs to be rotated which they say it does not. If you don't rotate plan on getting a sag. I did not rotate my original mattress and it sagged. Let's just say I will never purchase another TP. Not pleased with it failing after 3.5 years, not pleased paying for delivery a second time and the warranty terms. Do your research, ask the hard questions to the sales team,etc. I'd rather buy a less expensive comfy mattress and replace more often them close to $3k per mattress which is a split King. I also heard the regular size queen and king sink and in the middle it's a hump between you and partner. Buyer be aware. Don't do itโฆโฆ TP would not cover the shipping. Horrible after sale in store service. They turn a blind eye to customers with issues. They are also under staffed. This says a lot!

Originally purchased a Firm mattress The firm was like sleeping on wood. Very happy that i was able to take advantage of the comfort exchange policy. I exchanged for the Medium Firmness. So far the Medium is very comfortable. Better sleep now.
