I particularly love the heat and massage features. I was afraid to get leather because my impression was that it feels old. The heating feature is great for warming up an also to help relax your back. The fact that it has adjustable lumbar and headrest is an added bonus. We haven't used the speaker s in the headrest yet. The recliners look very stylish, not like a giant marshmallow. It has every great feature you can have in a recliner and the price is reasonable for the value.
