We bought two of these couches and the black on the wireless chargers are already peeling up on both couches and one of the wireless chargers is already working on one of the couches.

My fiancé and I were in the market for a reclining sofa. Both of us have aging parents and just wanted something a bit more structured. We tried this couch out in stores among other sofas and decided upon this one. The white glove delivery was seamless and definitely worth the price. The couch is so comfortable! It is more on the firm side but you have such options to customize your seat. From reclining position to being able to adjust the headrest and lumbar support which is amazing. Then you have several different modes and options for the massage. The heat feature is wonderful especially in cold Chicago winters. It has 2 lights in the middle pull down section as well as wireless chargers and 2 cup holders. There is enough room for to hold more items on the platform as well. The leather feels buttery but like it will wear really nicely and so far the seats feel like the first time I'm sitting on them. Highly recommend!

I just got it so needs to be broken it but I do wish the remote controls had holders

My husband and I had been searching for the perfect recliner to match our new sofa. We had purchased a chair from another location and quickly returned it due to the less than acceptable performance. Stephanie was very clear on the possible timelines for delivery and our chair came exactly when promised. This would not only be our first purchase from American Signature but our first recliner so even though we had opted for pick up ourselves we were a little reluctant about the set up. Stephanie assured us that the dock team would walk us through the process and man did our guy Thomas. He unboxed our chair walking us through every step in the assembly process. My husband and I are in our mid sixtys so this extra step in the Customer Service Thomas provided went a long way. We now have this beautiful, extremely comfortable and relaxing chair in our home and are loving every minute of it. Thanks American Signature and your exceptional team. Customer Service goes a long way today. We're now a customer for life!

As much as I like the style and look of this sofa, and the heated and massaging features, it is very uncomfortable. I will most likely return it and choose another sofa

This is our first day with our Comfortech recliner and we're loving it. Firm, yet so comfortable. Great choice and price.
