Very good couch. However assembly of arm rests are awful
Whoever the engineer was who designed did not design well. Push in the arm rests from the back with the cushions on. Make sure to align it well by puzzling the train in the arm rest to the base one.

Missing the brackets that are required to put the back console on the couch. Couch is useless at this point.

My wife wanted a recliner to replace our existing loveseat. We found a great match with this furniture. She was much impressed with the softness of the material. The reclining mechanism opens easily but is challenging to close, though we expect it will become better after a few weeks of use. The console is very useful for cords and drinks. The color is close to that online and match our gray walls nicely.

I bought this couch for my grandmother because she needed something firm and that would support lifting her legs up. She loves it.

We just got this furniture a few days ago, and we love it. The Taupe color is darker than expected but that's actually a plus for us because it's gorgeous! It's soft and has a very elegant look, it has just the right amount of firmness and comfortability!
