I love this chair! I use the heat and massage often. I have not needed to use the lift yet, but when I will it's there. Fast and professional delivery. I have already referred this chair to two friends. Great purchase for the price!
Do not buy this!
I bought this 3yrs ago and just recently used it overnight to sleep in because I had ankle surgery and it randomly leaned all the way forward and dumped me on the floor. I grabbed the remote but it would not stop. Two days later it did the same thing and no one was sitting in it. Also since you can't control the back and foot rest independently you will have to put pillows under your calves/feet if you do not want to recline all the way back into a sleeping position.
