I actually sat in this chair at the store. It looks like a fluffy cloud but ito me it was very hard and uncomfortable.
I have the manual version
I purchase the manual and not electrical version but it is pretty comfy the material is nice and soft I wish we could get better colors available because it's not great to look at. Also, getting the leg rest to get back into place takes some effort and longer legs. I'm the only one in my family who seems able to do it without having to get assistance. I've had it for a year now and it's held up well with 4 cats tho the plushness does break down a bit I've really noticed it more on the matching sofa which sees more use tho. Will likely last a few years before needing replacement.
