Love the look and the storage
A pain to put together.
Have them shipped to you already put together. The directions are TERRIBLE. The pictures are small and you can't tell which part of the chair you are supposed to put together first. Once I figured out where to start with Step 1 it was easy. Piece it together before you put the screws in all the way. You'll be able to tell which are the legs (they're bigger pieces of wood). We sat on the floor and put it together. Started with the back of the seat laying face up and pushed the seat in place, then the legs and the 'cross bars' that go between the legs. The back cross bar is built into the seat back. Pay attention to the 'L' and 'R' stickers. Using a ratchet tool will save you a lot of time when you tighten things up. We already had two of these chairs that were shipped already put together, they are holding up good and don't squeak and aren't getting loose. I took off a star for the directions not being worth a crap. Whomever 'wrote' them should be embarrassed. I would only recommend this to a friend if they bought them already put together.
