The chairs are made of sturdy, solid wood. Very nice finish.

This table and chairs set it beautiful and really well made. I would definitely buy this again. The only complaint I have is I was not given the option to have it set up/put together for me so I had to find someone to help me.

I bought these chairs to go with my husbands grandmothers dining room table we inherited. I love the white with the dark wood. The chairs are very sturdy but not too heavy. The wide seat is very comfortable.

We've had the set about a month now. I love the set, it's really beautiful. The only negative thing is that the cushions on the chair seem to loose their "cushinous." I sit in the chair every morning to drink my coffee & watch the news before work so it does get a lot of use but I would think the cushion thickness should last a lot longer than a month. I haven't gotten with the manufacturer yet but hopefully there's something that can be done.

We love these chairs and how well they fit our modern farmhouse decor theme. We bought 2 of each type to mix it up a little and are very impressed with how sturdy they are.
