OK, OK, you might have some questions. Completely understandable. Which is why we compiled all of our frequently asked questions when it comes to custom living room furniture below—the answers, too.  

How do I go about ordering a custom sofa? Just follow these simple steps! 1. Choose which collection and style you like best. 2. Pick out your custom couch cushions—you can choose from four different types, depending on the style. 3. Select your fabric and color—we’ve got 35+ options including performance fabrics! 4. Decide on the size—however big or how small you want it (you can even customize sectional couches if you’d prefer). 

So, are Designer Looks different from Make It You? No, our Designer Looks are an entire collection of on-trend styles that are priced just right while Make It You falls underneath that collection. It’s style and quality—chic pieces you’re seeing at other retailers all with the craftsmanship you might not expect, but definitely deserve.  

And what are the custom couch cushion options? We’ve got four of them! The first is feathered comfort, which is the softest and most relaxed looking with washed, hypoallergenic feathers. The second is hybrid comfort, which is a soft, memory foam-like experience that’s relaxed, retains shape and has a feathers and memory foam combo. The third is foam comfort, which is a medium support experience and has a tailored look that retains its shape thanks to resilient foam layers. The fourth and final is core comfort, which is a firm, yet supportive experience and our most tailored design, bouncing right back with a super-resilient foam core interior. 

What colors and fabrics can I pick from? Lots. Over 35 color options featuring everything from need-now whites, grays, beiges and more to statement shades like blues, reds, oranges and more. And for fabrics, find soft and durable fabrics like chenille, velvet, linen, cotton and so much more. If you have a family or pets you might want to consider our performance fabrics (they’re moisture-repellent and stain-resistant!). 

Is there a specific size or configuration I should choose? That completely depends on your space and preference. If you want more of a sofa look, we have corner pieces, middle pieces and ottomans to build your comfy spot. But if you want something larger, like a sectional, add in right- or left-facing chaises to make it your own.
