Which bed size is best for my child? There are so many things to think about when picking out a bed for your kiddo. How old is your son/daughter? Are you thinking this will be their bed indefinitely? How large is the room? If you don’t want a large bed because your child is young, consider twin bed frames or twin storage beds. If you have a big space and want something they can grow into, full bed frames or twin over full bunk beds are great. Shop kids twin beds and kids full beds now! 

Can you tell me about kids bunk beds and kids loft beds—what’s the difference? Bunk beds feature one bed on top of another, and loft beds have a bed above with storage space underneath. This space can be used for a desk or play area below, and some even have a built-in desk underneath already (these are called bunk beds with desk or loft beds with desk, too). Take a look at all of our bunk beds & loft beds and kids storage & study options.

Are there bonus features on any of these styles? Our storage beds and any bed with drawers have ball-bearing glides to make opening and closing soft and easy. There are also some options that feature bookcases, storage nooks, staircases and more.  

What exactly is a trundle bed? And what’s a daybed? Trundle beds are a regular bedframe with a mattress on top, then a pull-out bed underneath that can easily be tucked away. These types of beds are great for two kids to a room or sleepovers. We have trundle daybeds as an option, too! Daybeds are beds that can be a sitting space during the day and a comfy bed at night.  

Is a boxspring required for your beds? You do not need a boxsrping for our bunk beds, loft beds, storage beds or daybeds. However, if you’re purchasing a more traditional style of twin size beds and full beds, then yes, you’ll need a boxspring. 

Do you have multiple finishes and fabrics to choose from? A lot of our kids beds feature neutral colors like white, gray or lighter woods. We generally recommend these finishes for kids rooms because the lighter finishes do a better job of hiding that everyday wear-and-tear. 

Can I purchase a complete kids bedroom set? Sure can—in addition to their bed, get their dresser, nightstand and more when you shop with us. We also have a large assortment of mattresses, so you really can compete their room right here.
