Our favorite thing about these beds is theyβre super functional. Our kids bunk beds have one bed on top of another, saving on precious floor space that can be used for toys, bookcases, desks, dressers and more. Our loft beds with desk provide a much-needed desk space underneath the bed making working on homework, drawing, reading and more a breeze. Then there are our bunk beds with stairs that have drawers within the stairs to keep all the essentials right within reach (but out of sight!). Kids storage beds are practical for parents, and so much fun for kids. Check out Kids storage and study options for additional options.
Questions? Weβve got the answers. Take a look at all our most commonly asked questions when it comes to kids loft beds and bunk beds below.
Whatβs the difference between the two? Bunk beds feature one bed on top of another, while loft beds have a bed above and storage space that you can use for a desk or whatever else you need. These are sometimes called bunk beds with desk, too.
Do you have full size bunk beds or just twin? We have twin over full bunk beds in addition to twin over twin. Youβll love the twin over full if you have larger space and can fit it in. So much room for your little ones!
Are there any added extras on these styles? Our storage bunk beds and loft beds have built-in drawers with ball-bearing glides, so opening and closing is easy and safe. We also have some options with bookcases, storage nooks and staircases. And there are even some styles that have a trundle bed underneath for three beds in one!
Do I need to buy a boxspring? No, there is no boxspring required with these types of styles.
What types of finishes and fabrics do you carry? A majority of our kids beds come in neutral colors like white, gray or lighter woods. We recommend going lighter in a kidβs room because these tend to hide everyday wear-and-tear and keep them looking great for years to come.
