never buy a power chair that doesn't have a manual lever
The prongs you plug it into the wall- one broke off. Also the inside cord that attaches to the USB port fell down- there's no way to access the cord to reattach it without tearing up chair! Now it's just a chair because there's no manual recline option

This recliner is very soft and comfortable. My son in law loves it. The features, are wonderful. It layes all the way down, enough to sleep very good. Tge USB charger charges fast and the headrest which works by itself is great. Nice company chair, thanks VCF.
