I love The Felix Collection. The recliner matched the sofa I bought a few months ago. It is sturdy and comfortable. I can't wait to get home from a long day and "recline."

Recliner, we picked up never dropping the box. Kept the box to prove it. The recliner would lean to the front and right when pushing on right arm rest. Furniture tech was sent my American Signature and he said it was a factory issue and ordered and new underneath mechanism, saying that the 2 cross members were bent and clearly said it was not our fault. Hope the mechanism arrives and corrects the issue. Love seat and sofa arrive Jan 2022, hope we have no further issues.

Well the chair itself is great. No issues with fabric. But the mechanism underneath makes a noise when chair leg is opened. Also, the chair leans to the right when you push on the right arm side. Furniture tech was sent out by American Signature to our house and he order new underneath mechanism. He said the 2 cross member pieces were bent. We picked up the chair and drove it back ourselves never dropping the box. Kept the box just to prove we never dropped it. Furniture tech even said this was a factory issue. Still waiting on the new underneath mechanism to arrive so tech can come back out and fix the chair. Sofa and love seat arrives the 4th of Jan 2022, hope we have no further issues.
