Color of the area rug is beautiful - looks like and airy with light cream and silver/gray. The pile is very low and the rug is not thick, that is exactly what I was looking for. I always add a rug pad underneath. I also purchased the sofa shown in picture.

This rug is super soft and elegant. It's shiny...like metallic. Very cool looking and suits any wall color. I love the snake skin like pattern!
