Sinking seat cushions

What a beautiful sofa but after having it for 2 weeks and sitting on it a few times the seat cushions are startng to sink. The description of cushions as 'core comfort' where the cushions are supposed to spring back immediately is not true. I've barely sat on the thing and the seat cushions don't bo...unce back they stay concave. I called Value city with my concern and they sent someone out. The guy snapped pics and told me that vcf would be replacing my pillows in 5 days. Well 5 days passed and not a word from vcf so I called and was told that they needed to send someone from vcf to my home as the 3rd party they sent the first time did not provide enough detail. I didn't know what more they need to see than sunken seat cushions but I digressed and allowed them come back. The guy came out the second time explained this sofa is lacking steel coils and in order to maintain the integrity of the cushions of the sofa they are needed. I told him what the other guy said about the cushions being replaced and he explained that without the steel coils new cushions are pointless. The couch is very deep and doesn't have the correct foundation to put it simply. I'm very disappointed as I waited 4.5 months to receive this sofa! I'm currently waiting to hear back from vcf on their proposed remedy.
